The federal Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act protects gun companies from liability when one of its weapons is used in a crime. But this law has exceptions, namely when it comes to how a gun is marketed.

The case against Remington Arms Company is an attack on fundamental rights, and the gun-grabbers aren't shy about admitting it. Their aim is to drive the industry out of business. If no one can make and market them, then no one can exercise their right to keep and bear them.
