June 2004 (TAP) --
Al Sharpton has reportedly urged Michael Jackson
, the alleged child molester and international celebrity, to consider a White House bid by placing his name before the Democratic convention before Jackson's trial.

Mr. Sharpton said we just don't think that John Kerry can cut it and Michael Jackson has near-universal name recognition. It's obvious that Democrats don't want a black candidate but Michael is white and if nominated before his trial they can't try him, they will have to impeach him.

Michael Jackson was recently interviewed by Assorted Press reporter, Mr. Poobah (Grampa) Right.

Michael was asked what his thoughts were concerning the upcoming trial, " I am fed up with the reverse discrimination being shown me.  If I had been black, like Kobe, my trial would have been almost finished by now, instead of just beginning."

"Kobe" was an obvious reference to Kobe Bryant, the other well-known celebrity being charged in a sexual crime.

Michael continued,
"It is obvious today that if you are going to commit a sexual crime you had better be black, and you had better do it against women not little boys. "

Michael Jackson's interview was cut short when his security people rushed him off to make a
scheduled major policy address to MoveOn.org.

"Although like John Kerry, people don't know where Michael stands on political issues, that's no obstacle. Michael Jackson is a white man who blacks can support" Al Sharpton said.
